To kick off Your Friendly Neighborhood Computer Guy, I'm offering you a great way to get your home computer serviced - Your first in-home visit is only $10.00! This includes a free inspection of all your home computers, desktop or laptop (PC’s only, no Macs). I’ll check all your specs: Processor Speed, Ram, Video Ram, Hard Drive Space, Device Manager and Virus Protection. Then I’ll sit down with you and go over this information to see if your computer matches your needs. I’ll install free virus protection if you need it and check your Internet speed. I’ll tell you what I think, honestly and to the point.

If your computer is old, it may still meet your needs and serve you for years to come. If it needs a little more power, I can provide that. I can also guide you to a new computer. Like many, you may have paid over a thousand dollars for your computer, years ago, and fear the worst. But a new computer may be just what you need and I can tell you where to get a better one at a fraction of the cost of that old one. Not from me, but from the place I buy them, for myself.

Anywhere you take your computer will charge you at least $85.00/hour for repairs and diagnostics. I only charge $50.00/hour and have special rates for many services. If you want to buy your own parts, no problem, I’ll put them in for you, or help you do it. And … Advice is always free.
